BT Italia, 100% owned by BT, is Italy leading supplier of communication services and solutions for businesses and public administrations. Bt Italia was incorporated in October 2006, by merging activities of Albacom Spa and Fiat subsidiary Atlanet Spa, operating in the national telecommunication services market. In Italy, BT Italia will also coordinate operations of BT Radianz and BT Infonet.
BT Italia Spa has a turnover of more than 900 million, exclusively accounted for by business accounts with a portfolio which is currently above 250,000 customers. Thanks to the recent agreement with Vodafone signed in April 2007, BT Italia is able to operate in the market as MVNO.

Besides its Milan legal headquarters and offices in Rome and Turin, BT Italia is present across the country with commercial offices in major Italian cities, with some 1,300 employees.
